Do your coin cells make you dizzy because they are not organized? Before I accept 3D Printing machine, I always experience messed up coin cell. Hence, I am having a difficulty when I am in the deman of searching and victimisation coin mobile phone. Because I am fond of designing, my father bought Maine 3D printer. Currently, I receive Dremel 3D40 printer. That is why I decided to create coin cell holder with the help of Tinkercad then print information technology. Step 1: Base of Holder- Platinum. 1

To produce the personify of the holder, grab a package. Scale it into the width of 78 mm, the length of 114 millimeter, and the height of 25 mm. Snatch a metafillet and scale it into the width of 7 mm, the length of 7 mm, and the meridian of 30 millimetre (for the height is improbable to higher than the box's summit). Step 5: The Cassette Lid- Pt. 2

Snaffle a box and make it a yap. Plate it into the width of 59.06 mm, the length of 110.40 mm, and the height of 20 mm. Group them unitedly. Grab a box and name information technology a hole. Make a cylinder and scale information technology into the length of 49.88 millimetre, the width of 45.60, and the tallness of 4 mm. Group information technology and the hole together. Duplicate it and the gear to the other broadside. Group the cassette tout ensemble.

Step 11: The Cassette Lid- Pt. 8

Character the Word "COIN CELL HOLDER". Scale IT into the height of 4 millimetre, the distance of 98.64 mm, and the width of 9.62 millimetre. Align them. At last, you can deepen the distort of the cassette equally you like. I chose green gloss.

Ill-trea 12: Hinges

To make hinges, use 5 boxes and 2 spheres. Each form makes for the hole. Set them like the picture. The sphere is for the ball joint of the hinges, so IT can locomote. Make sure to print IT without support and alto quality (with bed peak of 0.1 mm). For the contingent to make the hinges, I gave credit to Eunny's video because I learned from him.

Step 13: Print

Save all the parts to .stl file. Open Dremel Digilab Slicer. Open the file and print it one by one. Here are the printing results. I pledged all my stl files here.

Step 14: New Accessories or Features

Because the result of the printing of cassette is non clear, I make up my mind to cover it with details. I come up with stumper to deal it. Here is the template. Get to sure the whole of the scurf is 2.28" for the tallness and 4.25" for the width. The opposite details are optional. You can custom-make it A you like.

Step 15: Tack

Assemble parts uncomparable aside one. First, mucilage the pliant to the cassette, then follow by the paster. So the sticker should be happening the top of the plastic. Next, arrange and gum the text "Strike CELL HOLDER" one aside one to the cassette. Lastly, glue the flexible joint to the theme and cassette. But think back, coiffure not glue the ball, otherwise information technology cannot move.

Step 16: Finished!
